If you do not have insurance or if you have an insurance plan with which we do not participate, your charges must be paid at the time of your visit. We may be able to bill your insurance company as a convenience for you, and you will be given a copy of your superbill, which can be submitted to your company for reimbursement. Copays and deductibles with plans with which we participate will also need to be paid at the time of the visit. If there is an unusual problem, we will attempt to assist you in solving it. However, you remain responsible for payment of the bill regardless of your insurance status.
